GINGER, LEMON AND CUCUMBER DETOX:
RECIPE:
1 cucumber
1 lemon
2 inch ginger
1-1.5 ltrs of water
METHOD:
(1) Get your cucumber, lemon and ginger washed and sliced, slicing the ginger is optional, you can grate it if you like
(2) Put all your sliced ingredients in a pitcher
(3) Add your water and stir
(4) Sit in the refrigerator for an hour, then serve.
(5) Drink in-between the day to maintain that energy level and at the same time maintain healthy shape and a healthy lifestyle and of course a glowing skin
NOTES: To this recipe, mint leaves could be added and if you want to drink immediately without keeping it in the refrigerator,enough ice cubes could do the trick. Better still, you can substitute your room temperature water for an ice chilled water in the preparation depending on the taste desired.
