With lemon š and ginger, you can achieve anything in weight loss.
INGREDIENTS:
1 inch ginger
1 lemon
1 tabsp honey
1 cup boiled water
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
METHOD :
(1) Boil your cup of water
(2) Grate your ginger and 1/2 a lemon for zest
(3) Extract juice from lemon
(4) Put grated ginger, lemon and honey in a cup
(5) Pour your cup of boiled water and stir.
(6) Add lemon zest and allow to sit for 10-15mins
(7) Sieve and drink if you like or drink straight up, first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

The special thing about this detox is that when taken last thing at night, it keeps you feeling full the next morning, such that you may not want to eat, and also when taken first thing in the morning, it keeps you feeling full all day, thereby helping you loose that extra fat within 7 days.
This however stems from the obvious fact that both ginger and lemon are anti inflammatory and are full of fat burning antioxidants.
It must be stated here that, the green lemon is best for this detox because of its content of CHLOROGENIC ACID, which is also a phytonutrient.
NOTES: Remember, that there are RULES and REGULATIONS to weight loss, especially if you want to loose that extra fat in the stomach region.
RULES:
(1) Take your detox first thing in the morning (that is from bed to detox)
(2) Have your breakfast 30mins after, if you must or eat before noon
(3) Have your last meal for the day on or before 4.00pm.
(4) Take your detox, last thing before going to bed.
With the above, a glowing health and a healthy lifestyle awaits you. Remember always eat healthy. Eat when hungry, but don't eat because you have food.
